Coaching built on twenty years of doing the job — not just studying it.
Every leader I work with is dealing with one or more of five things. I chose to specialize in exactly these because they're where I have real, provable experience — not because they're the only problems worth solving.
Leadership Transition Coaching
You just stepped into management, or a bigger seat than you've held before, and the rules changed overnight. I've walked dozens of people through exactly this — the shift from doing the work yourself to being responsible for other people doing it — because it's been the actual arc of my own career, repeated at every company I've worked for.
Team Execution & Delegation
Your team has a plan. The plan isn't happening. This is where structured process — the same discipline that drives consistent, measurable performance in a fast-moving organization — gets translated into a system your team can actually follow, so things get done without you having to chase every detail personally.
Strategic Clarity & Decision-Making
Too many options, too many stakeholders, not enough certainty about what actually matters right now. Years of navigating complex, high-stakes situations with competing priorities taught me how to cut through noise fast — and how to help someone else do it for themselves, not just borrow my answer.
Leading Through AI & Disruption
Your tools and workflows are changing faster than your team's confidence can keep up. I'm not coaching this from a research report — I built and deployed AI-augmented tools and workflows inside a real organization, and I coach leaders through the same disruption I've already navigated.
Character-Based, Whole-Person Leadership
Underneath the other four: the belief that how you lead matters as much as what you achieve, and that the two are connected more often than people admit. This is the thread running through every engagement, whether we're talking about a P&L or a hard conversation you've been avoiding.
How we'd work together
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch — I want to know what's actually going on before either of us decides this is a fit. From there, coaching takes a few shapes depending on what you need:
| Offer | Format | Length |
|---|---|---|
| Strategic Clarity Session | Single focused session | One-time, no ongoing commitment |
| The Transition Sprint | 1:1 + async support | 90 days |
| The Ascent Program | 1:1 + async support | 6 months (flagship offering) |
| Executive Retainer | Ongoing 1:1 | Month-to-month |
Pricing depends on scope and cadence — reach out and I'll walk you through what fits and what it costs.
A signature touch
Some sessions — especially first conversations and milestone check-ins — happen on the golf course instead of over video. It's not a gimmick: a walk and an honest conversation tend to get further than a screen does, and it's simply how I'd rather work when it's a fit for both of us.
